The new JOBS bill that was recently signed into law by President Obama is an interesting and complex piece of legislation. I am particularly interested in the crowd funding and easing of investor requirements for early private start up companies. As I learn and gain more understanding; I will post information and observations as it could provide several new jobs. Further posts will also include different types of business financing for small entrepreneurs like myself who want to bootstrap as much as possible.
